School management software that runs the whole school day
Sckools runs a school on one login: the front office, the staff room, families at home and your public website. Every desk reads the same records, so the register, the fee ledger and the report card never disagree.
It is priced per student per year, with hosting, your own domain, monthly updates and support included.
Who it is for
Sckools is for schools in India that run their day on registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, or on an old ERP that only the office can use. It fits a 300-student school and a 1,500-student school alike, CBSE, ICSE or state board, because the price is per student and the office sets up its own classes, fee heads and timetable.
What each person does with it
The principal
At 7:40 the Morning Bell shows who is on leave and who covers, who is absent so far, yesterday’s collections and what waits for a signature. Leave and register fixes are approved from the phone.
The front office
Admissions, the fee counter, the timetable, certificates and report cards all read the same records. A child is entered once, and the register, the ledger and the report card follow.
Teachers
The day, period by period, with the class list one tap away. Attendance in taps, even with no signal, homework posted once, a diary remark the family signs on the phone.
Families
One Android app for student and parent, signed in with a code from the school. Absence alerts, notices, published marks, the timetable and every fee receipt.
The front office
Morning Bell
One screen at 7:40: who is on leave and who is covering, who is absent so far, yesterday's collections, and what is waiting for a signature.
Admissions desk
Every enquiry from your website lands on one desk — new, called, visited, admitted.
Fee counter
Take cash or UPI at the counter, print a numbered receipt, and the ledger updates itself. Online payment is being added.
Timetable
Build it once, with conflicts caught as you type. Versioned — last month's timetable is still last month's.
Report cards
Generated per term from published marks, remarks added by teachers, printed by the press. Families see them in the app.
Requests desk
Leave requests and register fixes in one queue. Approve from your phone.
The staff room
Teacher's day
A teacher's day, period by period, with the class list one tap away and yesterday's notes to self.
Attendance in taps
Attendance in taps. Works with no signal and syncs when it finds one. Locks overnight, so yesterday cannot quietly change.
Tests & results
Schedule a test, enter marks, publish when you are ready. Families see only published results and the class average — never another child's marks.
Daily diary
A remark home that the family signs on their phone. You see who hasn't.
Who can cover
A teacher is out. The timetable shows who is free for Period 5 and tells them. A substitution never widens access beyond that day.
Library counter
Issue, return, renew, reserve. Fines that follow your rule. A stock take you can type. The class in the room right now.
Families at home
The family app
Android. One login for student and parent. All your children on one shelf. Your school's colours, a code to sign in.
Absence alert
The moment a child is marked absent, the family knows — push and email, before 08:30.
Timetable & marks at home
Today's periods. Published marks. The class average — computed in the database, so nothing else can leak.
Fees in the app
What is due, what was paid, every receipt. Online payment is being added.
Notices on the phone
A push notification to the right families — one class, one grade, or everyone.
Your school, online
Your website
Home, courses, admissions, gallery, hall of fame, staff, contact — on your own domain, hosted and secured by us, edited by you.
Enquiry forms
A parent can ask from the homepage, a course card or the admissions page. The form knows where they came from.
Website studio
Seven first screens, five navbars, 45 section layouts, six themes, your colours and fonts. Drafts you can preview before anyone sees them.
Domain, SSL, hosting
yourschool.in, secured, hosted, backed up nightly and restore-tested — included.

Questions schools ask
What is school management software?
One system for the work a school does every day: admissions, fees and receipts, attendance, the timetable, tests and report cards, notices to families and staff leave. Sckools adds the school website and a family app to the same login.
How is Sckools priced?
Per student, per year, in three plans. Hosting, your own domain, SSL, monthly updates and support are included; there are no per-teacher seats and no setup fee. Exact figures are on the pricing page.
Can we move our current data and website?
Yes. We migrate your current website and data free, you keep your domain, and your data is handed back if you ever leave.
What is not included?
School transport, hostel, biometric devices and SMS are not built yet, and we say so before you sign.
Does it work for CBSE, ICSE and state-board schools?
Yes. Classes, sections, subjects, terms and fee heads are set up by your school, so the board does not change how Sckools works.
Do teachers and parents need training?
Teachers learn the register and homework in one short session; families sign in with a code and the app shows them only their own child. We stay on the phone through the first week.
Who can see a child’s records?
Each school’s data is isolated at the database. Access is by role, and a family only ever sees its own child: published marks, the class average, never another child’s marks.
