School ERP

School ERP for the office, without the old ERP headaches

Most vendors call it an ERP: the records, money and paperwork behind a school. In Sckools that is the admin console, and it shares one login with the teachers’ portal, the family app and your website.

Records are kept once and used everywhere. A promotion at year end, a fee concession or a certificate all come from the same register.

Who it is for

A school ERP is the office’s system of record: admissions, fees, exams, certificates, staff and the school year. Sckools covers that for schools in India, and puts the teachers’ portal, the family app and the school website on the same login, so the office stops copying the same list into four places.

What each person does with it

The office and accounts

Enquiries arrive on one desk and move from new to admitted. Fee plans per class, concessions per child and a late-fee rule set once. Every number on the dashboard opens to the names behind it.

Exams and records

Tests are scheduled, marked and published when you are ready. Report cards come from published marks, certificates from the register, and both are numbered and printed.

The principal

Leave requests and register fixes wait in one queue. Cover for an absent teacher is picked from who is free that period, and with WhatsApp switched on it is approved from the message.

At year end

The next session is planned as a draft: copy the classes, decide every child, copy the timetable, review. Starting the year is one step, so nothing is half done.

Admissions

Admissions desk

Every enquiry from your website lands on one desk — new, called, visited, admitted.

Enquiry forms

A parent can ask from the homepage, a course card or the admissions page. The form knows where they came from.

Fees

Fee counter

Take cash or UPI at the counter, print a numbered receipt, and the ledger updates itself. Online payment is being added.

Fee plans & concessions

Terms, categories, a plan per class, concessions per child. A late-fee rule you set once. Every number on the dashboard opens to the names behind it.

Academics and exams

Timetable

Build it once, with conflicts caught as you type. Versioned — last month's timetable is still last month's.

Tests & results

Schedule a test, enter marks, publish when you are ready. Families see only published results and the class average — never another child's marks.

Exam hall seating

Rooms and seating plans for exam days, generated and printed.

Report cards

Generated per term from published marks, remarks added by teachers, printed by the press. Families see them in the app.

Certificates

Bonafide, transfer, character — issued from the register, numbered, printed. The issue register keeps itself.

Year-end promotions

Plan the next session as a draft: copy the classes, decide every child (promote, repeat, leave), copy the timetable, review. Start is one transaction, so nothing is ever half done.

Staff

Staff attendance

Staff sign in; the office sees who is in by eight. Each staff member can check their own record.

Leave quotas

Quotas you set, balances teachers can see, carry-forward that does itself. Working days, not calendar days.

Requests desk

Leave requests and register fixes in one queue. Approve from your phone.

Who can cover

A teacher is out. The timetable shows who is free for Period 5 and tells them. A substitution never widens access beyond that day.

Notices and messages

Announcements

To everyone, or to one class. On the site, in the portals, on the TV.

Approve from WhatsApp

Leave requests, cover duty and absence notices arrive on WhatsApp as real messages with buttons. Approve, pick a cover teacher, say got it, without opening anything. Results, notices and diary remarks reach families there too.

Email on your letterhead

Every email the school sends goes out on your letterhead, from your own address.

How a school starts

  1. A call with your office

We go through how your school works today: classes, fee heads, staff and the website you have now.

  2. We move your data and website, free

Students, classes, staff and fee heads come across from your current system’s export. Your old website stays up until the new one is live on the same address.

  3. We stay on the phone

Through the first week we are on call while your office and teachers start. In the first two months we build the small changes your office asks for, at no charge.

One price per student, per year

Basic ₹60 · Standard ₹90 · Pro ₹120 per student per year, list prices. Everything on this page is in Pro. Hosting, your own domain, updates every month and support are included. Compare the plans.

Questions schools ask

Is Sckools an ERP?

It covers what a school ERP covers (admissions, fees, exams, report cards, certificates, staff and records) and adds the teachers’ portal, the family app and your website on the same login.

Do we pay per teacher or per module?

Per student, per year, by plan. There are no per-teacher seats. You can switch on more modules whenever you are ready.

How long does it take to start?

We onboard your office on a call, migrate your current website and data free, and stay on the phone through the first week.

What is not included?

School transport, hostel, biometric devices and SMS are not built yet, and we say so before you sign.

Can we move from our current ERP?

Yes. Students, classes, staff and fee heads come across from your current system’s export, free. You keep your domain, and your data is handed back if you ever leave.

Which plan is the ERP in?

The office, the register, the timetable, exams and results and both apps start in Standard. Fees, report cards, certificates, the exam hall and WhatsApp are in Pro. The pricing page lists every module.

Can parents pay fees online?

Not yet. Online payment is being added. Today the counter takes cash or UPI, prints a numbered receipt, and the family sees every receipt in the app.
